1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Naam Jaap mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Naam Jaap. By using our App, you represent that you are at least 13 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Naam Jaap is a spiritual counting application designed to help users track their mantra recitations and spiritual practices. The App provides:

• Digital counter for mantra recitation tracking
• Progress analytics and statistics
• Mantra library and spiritual content
• Rewards system for spiritual achievements
• Cash conversion and samarpit features
• Admin messaging and updates

3. User Accounts

Account Creation

To use certain features of the App, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Account Security

You agree to:

• Use strong, unique passwords
• Not share your account credentials with others
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to hack, damage, or disrupt the App
• Upload malicious code or harmful content
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Use automated tools to access the App
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. User Content

Ownership

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the App. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the App.

Prohibited Content

You shall not submit content that is:

• Illegal, harmful, or offensive
• Infringing on intellectual property rights
• Containing viruses or malicious code
• Violating privacy rights of others

6. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Payments and Rewards

Points System

The App uses a points-based reward system where users earn points through spiritual practices. Points can be converted to cash or used for samarpit (charitable donations).

Cash Conversion

Cash conversion requests are subject to:

• Minimum point requirements (1000 points)
• Processing fees may apply
• Verification of account legitimacy
• Compliance with local laws and regulations

Payment Processing

We use third-party payment processors for cash conversions. You agree to comply with their terms and conditions.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination:

• Your access to the App may be immediately suspended
• Your data may be deleted according to our retention policies
• Outstanding rewards or payments may be forfeited
• Certain provisions of these Terms will survive termination

Account Deletion

You may request account deletion at any time. See our Data Deletion Policy for more information. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of content
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Security and data protection

We do not guarantee that the App will meet your requirements or that it will be available at all times.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

We will notify users of significant changes through in-app notifications or email.
