Data Deletion by Users
You have the right to request deletion of your account and associated data at any time. We respect your privacy and will process your deletion request promptly.
What Data Can Be Deleted
The following data can be permanently deleted upon request:
- Account Information: Name, email, phone number, registration date
- Spiritual Practice Data: Jaap counts, meditation records, progress statistics
- Profile Information: Avatar, bio, preferences, settings
- Request History: Cash conversion requests, samarpit requests, support tickets
- Message History: Admin messages, notifications, updates
- Usage Data: App usage statistics, login history, device information
How to Request Data Deletion
You can submit a request to delete your account and associated data through the following methods:
Method 1: Through the App
Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account in the Naam Jaap mobile app
Method 2: Contact Support
Send an email to support@naamjaap.com with subject "Account Deletion Request"
Method 3: Use the Form Below
Fill out the deletion request form below and we will process your request within 30 days

What Happens After Deletion
Once you submit a deletion request, here's what happens:
Request Received
We will acknowledge receipt of your deletion request within 24 hours
Data Processing
Your data will be permanently deleted from our active databases within 30 days
Backup Cleanup
Data will be removed from backup systems according to our retention policies
Confirmation
You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete
Security Practices
- Data isn't encrypted during transmission
- Your data isn't transferred over a secure connection (HTTPS not implemented)
- We recommend not sharing sensitive information
While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, please be aware of our current security limitations:
- No Encryption: Data is transmitted without encryption
- No HTTPS: Communications are not secured with SSL/TLS
- Basic Security: We implement basic access controls and monitoring
- Data Backup: Regular backups are maintained for business continuity
